The Embody Wellbeing Transformation Program

The Transformation Program is a trauma informed program designed to support people to live their ‘good life’ and follow their dreams. It provides tools, skills and experiences to assist participants during their journey and comprises of comprehensive sessions that incorporate practices like interactive group activities and mindfulness. 

The program builds week-by-week with key areas, for example:

  • body and breath awareness practices

  • emotional awareness and self-regulation tools

  • the basic biology of stress and trauma

  • mental focus, balance and resilience


Participants learn about their own unique reactions and develop decision making skills in alignment with their ‘good life’. Other valuable life tools such as deep listening is practiced; concepts like agency, self-belief and self-respect are integrated throughout the program. Participants explore core beliefs and values and are invited to vision a future for themselves.

Group activities include discussions on key topics and sharing ‘camp fire’ style. Depending on the location, facilitator availability and the group demographics, yoga or another physical practices (fitness training, boxing, kickboxing etc.) could be included as an additional activity at the end of the session. 


Program Structure

The Transformation Program can be customised to client needs. The basic format is comprised of 5 sessions with 4 hours for the session.
