Mindful Moments 

Time out to connect with yourself, unwind, and be in the moment

Meditation Classes for All Levels @The Flow Shed Uralla - Alternate Tuesdays - 6-7pm


Starts Tuesday 1 June 2021

This class is suitable for complete beginners to advanced meditators. The first part of the class is dedicated to a specific meditation practice for the class, over the class series - experience a range of different meditation practices from simple breath focus, grounding practices, visualisation and sound focus.


The second part of the class is for relaxation and rest. Make a comfy nest, get blankets and an eye pillow if you like and settle in for deep relaxation! Depending on the night, it may be an iRest yoga nidra practice, sound healing or a even a medicine drum journey.



Things to know

Please bring a cushion, pillow case (for a yoga bolster - supplied), some water and wear comfortable clothing. You might want to also bring a yoga mat to roll over the supplied yoga mat for extra comfort when lying down and an eye mask. During the cooler months, bring some layers, warm socks and a blanket. 

Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early to set up and settle in – we commence on time. This is super important! Not only does this honour everyone in the space who has come on time, but it also honours yourself – you have the time to anchor and arrive properly. If you are going to be a couple minutes late because of unforeseen circumstances, please let Bec know by texting 0432112749.

The Flow Shed is located at 43 Bridge St Uralla, NSW. Please park on the street.

Rebecca invites awakening through a range of embodied practices including working with movement, sound & breath. She is one of the co-founders of Embody Wellbeing and is the founder of Body to Soul. Having practiced yoga on and off for 25 years, she completed her first yoga teacher training in 2006 and has gone on to design and facilitate a number of yoga teacher trainings since 2016. 

Rebecca has a broad background and range of interests – she has undertaken training in different healing fields and is passionate about ancient and contemporary evidence based practices to experience transformation through altered states.
