Things to know
Please bring a cushion, pillow case (for a yoga bolster - supplied), some water and wear comfortable clothing. You might want to also bring a yoga mat to roll over the supplied yoga mat for extra comfort when lying down and an eye mask. During the cooler months, bring some layers, warm socks and a blanket.
Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early to set up and settle in – we commence on time. This is super important! Not only does this honour everyone in the space who has come on time, but it also honours yourself – you have the time to anchor and arrive properly.
