Frontline Health Sessions
A 90 minute mindful movement class that includes stress release techniques and breathing practices, Embody Yoga, Yin Yoga, a dash of Qigong and deep relaxation
The program runs for 6 Sundays commencing 31 January at 11.30am-1pm @The Flow Shed Uralla
These free Frontline Health sessions have been designed to support people in Uralla and surrounding community who provide service to our community. These sessions are offered free to police, fire, SES, ambulance workers, doctors, nurses, veterans, defence personnel, support workers and carers.
The program is supported through a grant from New England Solar Farm.
While these classes are standalone sessions, it is recommended that you attend as many as possible, ideally all six sessions. New healthy habits and techniques take time and repetition to integrate.
