Her intelligence, honesty and love shines through in every practice and it works its magic deep into your soul. I am a better human and a better student because of my regular practice with Justine, she is a true modern Yoga guru in every sense and opens her heart and soul in each practice."

Rebecca is passionate about the embodied experience of awakening in this extraordinary time we find our self in.
“It is time we start to awaken – it just is. You probably know that already. Perhaps you wake up some days with a nagging feeling that you have forgotten something, like you were meant to do something, be somewhere or something more than what you are. This nagging feeling is actually good thing. It is a call to action. To remember. I also believe strongly in us working together to transform and grow. It’s a collective call to action. We are all here playing our part, giving each other a hand. We are all in it together, we really are.”

“Yoga for me brings calmness and balance to my life; I can achieve much more in my day to day life by practicing Yoga. It has opened my mind to self-acknowledgement and understanding of the body and the mind. I have battled with a lifetime of anxiety and self-doubt like so many others, but, through Yoga, I have mastered my own mindset and know that when we focus on our health (mind and body) it is easier for everything else to fall into place.
I teach my Yoga classes with a focus on restoration of strength, stability, mobility, health and calmness. Sharing my knowledge and the practice of Yoga with others, is my absolute passion, it brings me so much joy seeing other people progress and succeed in their own personal Yoga experience”.
