This 75min class is a bit different. It is probably better experienced than described!

New to the Flow Shed? Participant Intake form here. Please complete prior to attending your first class and bring with you. Paper copies are available at The Flow Shed if you require. If you have existing injuries including to knees, hips, wrists, shoulders and/or back, please contact Bec on 0432112749 to discuss whether this class is suitable and to explore options for modifications if required.
The Flow Shed is located at 43 Bridge St Uralla, NSW. Make sure you come with at least 5 minutes prior to class start time to set up and get settled in - 15 minutes early if you are new to the studio.
Please bring your own mat and a pillow case (to put over the studio bolster) and any other props you might require. There are some to borrow - but in current Covid conditions we are trying to minimise the use of studio equipment.
And of course, stay home if you are not feeling well, have been to a hotspot within 14 days, exposed to someone suspected of have Covid or are waiting for test results.
*Please note that this class does not run every Saturday - check the schedule for details and to avoid disappointment!
Sorry - because the studio class size has been reduced from 35 spaces to 11 spaces due to Covid - you need to book well in advance for these classes. If you just turn up without booking, you may not get a spot.
