This workshop will support you to explore your internal experience, open to new states of being, and activate your own healing. This space is a sensory feast to open the door and invite you to step through to deepen self awareness.
There will be movement - gentle yoga and Qigong, breath - some dynamic and activating breathwork as well as calming breath practices, and sound healing. Intention setting, processes, essential oil sprays complement the experience.

This workshop is suitable for all levels. No experience needed… and no - you don’t need to be flexible!

Come breathe, centre and get connected with yourself!
In this 90min class, we go on a journey. The first part of the class is focused on gentle breathwork, meditation and mindfulness practices, you are then invited to work with the breath in a more dynamic way and the end of the class focuses on relaxation and rest.
You’ll be given tools to take back into your daily life. Experience different types of breathwork practices and learn how to use breathwork to modulate your nervous system. Some breath techniques energise and awaken the body, bringing focus and clarity, and some help to calm and soothe the nervous system and promote relaxation.
No experience needed. Come as you are!

Monday 10.30am - Simply Move (65+)
This 45min class is a mindful fitness focused class targeted at women over 65 to come together to connect, move their body gently, to build strength and fitness and target increased joint mobility.
During all classes, we mindfully strengthen the body, do weight bearing activities and work with balance - all important things to do as we age. Learn breathing techniques to help release stress, relax and sleep better. Plus share a great coffee after with this supportive community!
